1521.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or fails to comply with an order properly made in connection with the enforcement of this chapter shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). Each day’s failure to comply with any such provision or order shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 93-17. Passed 9-18-17.)
