(a) No plumbing work shall be performed in the City of Lorain except in the case of repairs, leaks or maintenance without a permit being first obtained. Applications for permits shall be made on forms provided by the City of Lorain, Division of Buildings.
(b) (EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection (b) was repealed by Ordinance 40-04, passed April 5, 2004. For permit fees, see Section 1501.07.)
(c) Beginning work without a permit shall result in payment of double the original fee.
