Plumbing permits shall only be issued to a duly licensed plumbing contractor registered with the City of Lorain (except for homeowners performing work in their own homes). The plumbing contractor shall not permit his/her license to be used by any other person, persons, firm, company or corporation not duly licensed/registered under such license. Should the duly licensed/registered person leave the employment of the person, persons, firm, company or corporation registered with the City of Lorain as a plumbing contractor or business, that person, persons, firm, company or corporation shall no longer engage in plumbing work in the City of Lorain.
