Applications for registration shall be in writing stating the name, address and place of business of the principal of the firm, company or corporation making the application. All new applications for registration shall possess a State of Ohio Plumbing Contractor’s License. Upon approval, registration shall be in accordance with City of Lorain Codified Ordinance Section 1501.09(e) and (f). Renewal of existing registration, upon expiration, will also be in accordance with Section 1501.09 of the City of Lorain Codified Ordinances.
