1509.03 ADOPTION NOT AFFECTING EXISTING ORDINANCES.

Nothing in this chapter or in the Property Maintenance Code hereby adopted shall be construed so as to affect any suit pending in any court, or any enforcement of any existing ordinance or portion thereof nor shall any legal right or remedy be lost or affected by this chapter.
