The City of Lorain does hereby adopt as and for its Property Maintenance Code certain documents as attached as Exhibit "A" to original Ordinance 106-09, passed August 26, 2009, and designated as the Lorain Property Maintenance Code, Chapters One through Nine. Such Property Maintenance Code and all subsequent editions of same are hereby adopted by reference herein as if fully rewritten and are made a part of the Codified Ordinances as new Chapter 1509. Such Property Maintenance Code is adopted from the International Property Maintenance Code, as has been published by the International Code Council.
