Every corporation, copartnership, association or individual, and every servant or agent of any corporation, copartnership, association or individual, who shall violate or disregard any provisions or requirements of this Electrical Code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) and not more than two
hundred dollars ($200.00)
