Any registered electrical contractor's registration may be suspended or revoked by the Board of Building Standards and Appeal if the person holding the registration certificate willfully, or by reason of incompetence, repeatedly violates any statute of the State or any ordinance, rule or regulation of the City relating to the installation, maintenance, alteration or repair of electrical wiring, devices, appliances and equipment.
No license and certificate issued m accordance with the provisions of this Electrical Code shall be assignable or transferable.
