Holders of a valid Lorain electrical contractor's license or registration certificate on the date of the adoption of this Electrical Code (Ordinance 8839, passed September 21, 1964) or the effective date, whichever is later, will be issued a renewal registration certificate upon payment of the renewal fee when their present license or certificate expires, conditioned upon compliance with all other stipulations of this Electrical Code.
