Applications for registration shall be made in writing to the Electrical Inspection Department, stating the name, address and place of business of the principal of the firm or corporation making the application and the name of the representative of the applicant who will act as supervisor of work to be performed under the registration certificate. All new applications for registration shall possess a State of Ohio Electrical Contractor license.
