The adopted Ohio Building Code shall be enforced by the Division of Building under the supervision of the Chief Building Inspector. All administrative provisions contained in the Ohio Building Code shall be amended to the extent that the provisions relative to plan submission, procedure and approval, permit issuance, fees and conditions, enforcement, inspections and appeals shall be as provided for in City ordinances. Only those matters contained in the Ohio Building Code which are not otherwise provided for in City ordinances or those matters which apply due to the specific occupancies governed shall have application to the City of Lorain.
