941.05 EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO COLLECT AND DISPOSE OF SOLID WASTE.

The contractor shall have the sole and exclusive franchise, license and privilege to provide all Residential Refuse Collection, Removal and Disposal Services within the Corporation limits of the City of Lorain.
