129.01 ELIGIBILITY AGE FOR POLICE OFFICERS AND FIREFIGHTERS.
   (a)   All original appoints for police officers in the City of Lorain, and shall be made pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.41.
 
   (b)   All original appointments for firefighters in the City of Lorain shall be made pursuant to Ohio R.C. 124.42.
