901.10 LICENSE REVOCATION.
Continued violations by any person shall constitute cause for the revocation of license, upon a ten-day notice issued by the Construction Board or any of the officers issuing licenses to do business in the City unless good cause to the contrary is shown at a public hearing before the Board, to be held within thirty days of the issuance of the notice. If good cause is shown to the Board, such license will not be revoked, but due consideration to the evidence will be given. However, the Board is vested with power, in the event no justification is presented for such continued violation, to revoke such license of the person for the unexpired term in that given year and no new license shall be issued within the unexpired term without the consent of the Construction Board.
