901.01 PERMIT FOR PAVEMENT OPENING OR UNDERMINING.

No opening through, undermining or removal of any pavement in any of the paved streets, avenues, alleys or public grounds of the City, shall be undertaken, until a permit therefor shall have been issued by the City Engineer, unless otherwise hereinafter provided for.
