(a) All establishments or stations which are covered by this chapter shall comply with Section 767.03(b) and (c) during operational hours.

(b) All establishments or stations which are covered by this chapter shall have six months from the effective date of this chapter to comply with Section 767.03(d) and (f).
(c) All establishments or stations which are covered by this chapter shall have three years from the effective date of this chapter to comply with Section 767.03(e).
