Any person who refuses or neglects to make such deposit, except as otherwise provided herein, within forty-eight hours after demand therefore shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), and each day that any person maintains or operates such temporary store more than forty-eight hours after such demand, without having made such deposit, or without having executed a bond as provided in Section 763.04, shall constitute a separate offense.
