105.01 OFFICIAL TIME.

The standard of time in the City shall be Eastern Standard Time, except from 2:00 a.m. of the first Sunday in April until 2:00 a.m. of the last Sunday in October of each calendar year, when the standard of time shall be advanced one hour to conform with Eastern Daylight Savings Time.
