735.07 NOT TO DEAL WITH MINORS; NOR AT CERTAIN HOURS.

(a) No secondhand dealer shall purchase any goods, articles or things whatsoever from any minor or apprentice, knowing or having reason to believe him to be such.

(b) The hours of operation for secondhand dealers shall be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, Saturday.
