Upon conviction of any person, and upon receipt of certificate to that effect from the Judge of the Municipal Court, or upon the conviction of any person having a license, for the violation of City ordinances or State laws in reference to minors playing or being in such billiard or poolrooms, or State laws or City ordinances prohibiting gambling, and upon receipt of a certificate to such effect from the Judge of the Municipal Court, the Mayor shall have the right to revoke the license as herein provided.
