(a) Whoever violates Section 707.08 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
(b) Any person, firm or corporation, or the officers or agents thereof, who violates any provision of this chapter other than Section 707.08 shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
