§ 113.36  GARBAGE, TRASH RECEPTACLES.
   Each trailer park shall have provided supervision and equipment sufficient to prevent littering the ground with rubbish and debris. Fly-tight metal depositories with tight fitting covers shall be conveniently located not farther than 300 feet from any trailer coach. Depositories shall be kept in a sanitary condition at all times.
