§ 73.03 AGE OF OPERATOR.

Persons operating motorized golf carts shall be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license to operate a motorized golf cart alone. Persons operating motorized golf carts that are at least 15 years old may operate a motorized golf cart with a valid learner's permit if a supervising adult, at least 18 years old, is riding along.
