§ 73.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOTORIZED GOLF CART. An electric or gas-powered passenger conveyance vehicle commonly recognized as a golf cart, with four wheels and used primarily for light terrain slow moving operation. Generally golf carts have a small wheel base, are not completely enclosed, seat two to four people, weigh from 500 to 2,000 pounds, and have a top speed of 20 to 25 miles per hour.
   SPECIAL EVENT. A city approved interim community or private assembly.
