§ 110.44 EXISTING MUNICIPAL STORES CONTINUED.

If the city has in existence on the effective date of this subchapter a municipal liquor store for the sale of intoxicating liquor, the store is continued. Except as provided in § 110.48, no intoxicating liquor may be sold at retail elsewhere in the city.
