§ 90.24 RABIES VACCINATION.

All dogs shall be vaccinate against rakes by a veterinarian duly licensed in the state. It is the duty of the owner of the animal to keep inoculations current. Any owner of a dog found not to have current rabies vaccination shall be in violation of this subchapter and subject to a petty misdemeanor.
