§ 72.06 EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.

Notwithstanding any prohibitions in this chapter, a snowmobile or ATV may be operated on a public thoroughfare in an emergency during the period of time when, and at locations where, snow upon the roadways renders travel by an automobile impossible.
