§ 52.27 TRANSFER OF PROPERTY PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this subchapter for any person to sell or transfer property that is not in compliance with this subchapter.
   (B)   Any person who owns improved property within the corporate limits shall, prior to selling or transferring the property, contact the city to arrange an inspection of the property to ensure conformity with this subchapter.
