(A) Any person currently discharging into the sanitary sewer system any drainage water, industrial waste or otherwise permitting infiltration shall disconnect and cap any connection.
(B) Any opening in the sanitary sewer created by any disconnection under this provision will be closed or repaired in an effective, workmanlike manner, as approved by the Public Works Director or other designated agent of the city. It shall be a violation of this chapter for any opening to remain uncapped.
