§ 51.05 RENTAL PROPERTY; SALE.
   (A)   On any rental property, if the city is left with an unpaid bill from the renter, the bill will be charged to the owner of the property.
   (B)   In any case of the sale of property, any unpaid bill will be stated on the Clerk/Administrator's certification letter for the assessment search.
