§ 51.02 HIRING CONTRACTORS.

The city will be responsible for hiring the contractor for any repairs that are on city property. The city will be responsible for all inspections pertaining to the repairs. The property owner is responsible for all other provisions of the chapter. Contractors shall furnish the city with a certificate of insurance, prior to any repairs or installation.
