The provisions of M.S. §§ 88.16 to 88.22 and the Minnesota Uniform Fire Code, Minn. Rules Ch. 1510, as these statutes and rules may be amended from time to time, are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as if fully set forth at this point.
