§ 115.13 COMPLIANCE.

(A) Any person acting as a motor vehicle salvage or junk dealer within the city on the effective date of this code shall have a period of two years after such effective date to comply with provisions of this division.

(B) Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as defined by state law and subject to the penalties in § 10.99.
