§ 114.11 REGULATION OF SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESSES.
   (A)   All licensed sexually oriented businesses shall comply with the provisions of this chapter, all other applicable city ordinances, and all other applicable federal, state and local laws.
   (B)   No sign shall contain any message or language which identifies specified sexual activities or specified anatomical areas, as defined herein.
   (C)   No merchandise, photographs, or pictures of the products or entertainment on the premises shall be displayed in window areas or any area where they can be viewed from the sidewalk or public right-of-way adjoining the building or structure in which the sexually oriented business is located.
   (D)   All signs shall comply with the requirement for size and number for commercial zoning districts.
   (E)   No sexually oriented business, except for an adult motel, may remain open at any time between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Sundays.
   (F)   A person commits a violation of this chapter if the person knowingly allows a person under the age of 18 years on the premises of a sexually oriented business.
