§ 113.01 POOL HALLS AND BILLIARD TABLES.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall keep for public use or hire within the city limits any billiard table, pool table or bowling alley unless a license therefor shall first have been obtained as provided in this section.
   (B)   Application for a license shall be made to the City Clerk/Administrator on a form supplied by the city. The application shall state the full name and address of the applicant and the location of the building and the part intended to be used by the applicant under the application with the Clerk/Administrator. It shall be presented to the City Council for its consideration, and if granted by the Council, a license shall be issued by the City Clerk/Administrator upon the payment of the required fee.
   (C)   The fees to be paid for the licenses shall be as set by Council from time to time. All licenses shall be for a period of one year and shall expire on December 31 next after its issuance. For any license issued after December 31 in any year, a pro rata fee shall be charged. Every license shall be kept conspicuously posted about the place for which the license is issued and shall be exhibited to any person upon request.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person in charge of any pool or billiard parlor or public bowling alley to permit the playing of said games between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any week day, nor before 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.
   (E)   Every license may be revoked by the Council for the violation of any of the provisions of this section if the licensee has been given reasonable notice and an opportunity to be heard.
