Sec. 103-48. Property left in transportation-for-hire vehicles.

Each driver shall promptly return all luggage, merchandise, or other property left in the driver's transportation-for-hire vehicle by a passenger. If the owner of such property is not known or is uncertain, the driver shall promptly turn over the items to the police department.
