Sec. 61-51. Application requirements.

An application for a Level A Permit satisfying all the criteria set out in Section 61-50 shall include the following information:

(1)   information satisfying all the requirements of Section 61-31 of this chapter;

(2)   a minimum site plan;

(3)   any other information required by the oil and gas inspector to assure compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
