The City Manager or designee may revoke a solid waste collection permit for failure of the holder to provide required information, for failure to pay fees or for making false statements on the application or quarterly report. The revocation may be appealed to the City Council if written notice is given to the City Manager within ten days of the receipt of the revocation order. The order of the City Council approving or disapproving the order of the City Manager shall be final.
