Whenever the Fire Chief or any member of the fire department shall find in any building, or upon the premises or other place, combustible or explosive matters or dangerous accumulations of waste paper, boxes or highly inflammable substance, especially liable to fire, and which is so situated as to endanger property, or shall find violations of this chapter or this Code, he shall order the same remedied or removed within the specified time. This order shall be complied with by the owner or occupant of such premises or buildings within the time specified, subject to review by the Fire Chief upon request by the owner or occupant within this time limit.
