Inspection shall be made for the purpose of reporting and correcting the following special hazards pertaining to buildings and other occupancies:
(1) lack of repairs.
(2) age and dilapidated condition.
(3) faulty or unapproved construction.
(4) lack of sufficient fire escapes or means of egress.
(5) lack of automatic or other reliable fire alarm apparatus.
(6) lack of fire extinguishing equipment.
(7) materials and buildings especially susceptible to fire.
(8) conditions endangering property or occupants.
(9) any and all other fire hazards dangerous to life or property.
