(1) All rentals, fees, and other charges related to the use of the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Complex or related to any services provided at the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Complex shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
(2) All deposits and other security related to the use of the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Complex or related to any services provided at the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Complex shall be established by resolution of the City Council. The City Council may also establish by resolution any required deposit or security procedures.
(3) The City Council may, by resolution, delegate such authority to the City Manager or other city employee regarding the charges, deposits, and security authorized by this section as the City Council shall deem appropriate.
