14-1-2: APPLICATION:
The provisions of this title shall apply to the enforcement of title 5, chapter 2, "Public Nuisances"; titles 10, "Building Regulations"; 11, "Unified Development"; 12, "Zoning Regulations"; and 13, "Critical Areas Regulations", of this code unless specifically addressed elsewhere in this code.
