12-16-8: REPLACEMENT OF NONCONFORMING RESIDENTIAL USES:
   A.   Residential uses in zones where residences are not a permitted use may be replaced if the home is damaged or destroyed.
   B.   The replacement of a home as permitted in subsection A of this section is subject to and shall meet all the requirements of the zone district in which the home is located. (Ord. 849, 8-17-2009)
