A. Fees Established:
Daily rental for meetings of not-for-profit groups and organizations deemed to provide a public benefit | $ 50.00 |
Daily rental for use of the facility | 100.00 |
Annual rental for meetings of not-for-profit groups and organizations deemed to provide a public benefit, up to 12 meetings per year | 250.00 |
Cleaning deposit required | 100.00 |
These rates shall take effect immediately and shall remain in effect unless changed by resolution of the Long Beach City Council.
The Council has the right to waive the fees as voted upon and approved by a majority.
B. Uses: Use of the facility shall be limited to meetings and other functions that do not involve any retail sales, use of power tools, use of cooking facilities other than small appliances such as coffee makers, and/or activities that could damage the facility in any way.
The building is rented "as is" with tables and chairs. The entity renting the building may move the tables and chairs, but they are not to leave the building. Pictures on the wall will not be moved or removed. Garbage must be removed at the end of the rental and the building will be returned to the condition it was prior to the rental. (Ord. 938, 5-1-2017)
