Once an application is made and fee paid, an application may be withdrawn. If at the time of withdrawal public notice of the application has not yet occurred, the city may refund up to fifty percent (50%) of the application fee. Once public notice of the application or public hearing is published as set forth in section 11-2C-9 of this title, the city will retain the entire fee and refund shall not occur. (Ord. 869, 4-4-2011)
