Unless otherwise specifically provided, the time within which an act is to be done will be computed by excluding the first and including the last day. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, that day will be excluded from the computation of time. Any illegal activities, or unauthorized work, or effort spent by the city to address same shall not count toward the city's obligation for timely action. (Ord. 848, 8-17-2009)
