11-1-2: AUTHORITY:
This title is adopted pursuant to authority contained in the following provisions of Revised Code Of Washington:
   Chapter 35A.63, planning and zoning in code cities
   Chapter 35A.58, boundaries and plats
   Chapter 36.70A, growth management act
   Chapter 86.16, floodplain management
   Title 58, boundaries and plats
