10-6-2: DESIGNATION OF AUTHORITY:
   A.   The Community Development Director, or his or her designee, shall have the full scope of authority granted to the public officer under chapter 35.80 Revised Code of Washington and this chapter.
   B.   The hearing examiner is designated as the City's Appeals Commission and shall have the full scope of authority granted to that commission under chapter 35.80 Revised Code of Washington. (Ord. 927, 3-7-2016)
