The city administrator or his authorized agent shall investigate any charge of violation of this title brought to the city administrator's attention. Upon verifying a violation of this title, the city administrator shall serve notice to the property owner to comply with city building regulations. The city administrator or his authorized agent shall inspect the premises after serving notice of violation and, if the violation is still in effect, may take any action authorized in title 14, "Enforcement Procedures", of this code.
