Appeals of orders, decisions, or determinations made by the building official or Fire Marshal relative to the application and interpretation of the City's adopted Building Codes, set forth in section 10-2-1 of this chapter, and Fire Code, set forth in section 10-2-2 of this chapter, shall be to the hearing examiner. Those parties of record aggrieved by the decision of the building official or Fire Marshal may appeal such decision to the hearing examiner as provided in section 11-2C-14 of this Code.
